I've got one 3/4 sch 40 "screw type" union....and maybe 2-3 sch 80 3/4 true union ball valves...

would that do?

B, I have one in hand (schedule 80) as well as your 1" bulkhead replacement - FOC (Thats what you get for saving my @$$)
