WTB: MH bulb 250 watt de, and skimmer

Im looking for a nice bluish 250 watt bulb, perferably one that is blue enough that it could be run without actinics like a phoneix 14k, or something else powerful enough for growth but a nice blue tint.

I would also like a good HOB skimmer for a 36 gallon tank

Search the for sale forum, someone was selling 14k phoenix bulbs and I think I saw a Remora or 2 for sale.
