WTB 150Watt electric ballast

I recently got 70W MH but I think it's not as bright as I was hoping to be. So now I want to upgrade it to 150W. I already have 150W HQI DE bulb. I just need 150Watt electric ballast which can fire up HQI DE bulb. I already spend tons of money on current light, so I really like it if it's cheap. I don't care how old it is as long as it works. Thanks.
