One size is all I've ever heard of.

there were rumors of a 1" version but AFAIK, there is still only the 3/4". from the makers website:

Does SCWD come in larger sizes?
Although larger SCWD designs have been generated and plans are to release larger units in the future, only one size is available at this time.
