need live sand, live rock, and water

I'm upgrading my 30g to a 45g, and I need about 20lbs of live sand and about 10-15lbs of live rock. Looking to spend as little as possible, already way over my budget (as always).

Also, I'm looking for a 5-10 gallon jug that I could borrow to fill up RO water from the store. Also if you'd be able to fill up the jug with RO I would pay for that. I'm in Manhattan, I'd prefer to pick up close to here.
