WTB The best light setup for 210g reef!!!

we've done 6 weekly 1/4 water changes with the RO water..maybe a couple more we'll be done??? the cyano is almost dead....like onle 30% is left and not growing back....cross my fingers! question is...how often are you supposed to change your bulbs. i think i'm due and i'm just confused of which ones to buy. right now i mostly have softies and a couple of LPS and a couple of clams. right now i have the aqualight pro...with the 3 halides and 4 96W actintics. i have been happy with the light until the month when i started thinking that maybe it was the light that was causing the cyano and some of the softies to not open up. is this setup enough for my tank? or do i just need new bulbs(they're 9 months old)...
