Emergency - External Iwaki Impeller Needed!!!

After noticing a sig. drop off in my return i took apart my IWAKI WMD 40RLXT -115 to find that two blades on its impeller is broken off completely.

Does someone have an extra impeller out there for this brand?!?!?!

My sump/fuge is drained is im only running a air stone in my stagnant display tank. Anyone please help!!

or does anyone know if fishtown of any local fishstore/plumbing store sells them?

Will also entertain offers for external pumps if selling.

You should at least be running some powerheads and a heater inside the tank in the mean time.

its okay jim, i found the replacment part at drfosterandsmith and am going to over night it. in the mean time i put and air stone and heater in the tank. Do you guys think this is enough?, im going to run power heads too. basically no skimmer and less oxygen. my sump is going to be a mess, and i will prob have to throw away my calupera and whatever else was in there. sucks!!!!

Do you think this is enough?

You should be fine overnight with it. But are you going to get the new impeller tmrw or the following day? The heater and powerheads should be more than enough to keep you going for the short time. Best of luck.

i have the whole pump ,if u want i can sale it to u ..but,i wil be back in ny on turday...'
i use this pump for about 4 month,now i keep it as a spare pump..
