only way your going to get this 36"x24" is custom made, and the 48"x24"x20 is basically a 120g but a few inches shorter

You can try a 65 gallon, they are 36"L x 24"H x 18"W, Kinda close to what you want.

all 65g are only 18" deep, unless you go with a 120g or a custom tank your not going to get the 2' depth, does it matter glass or acrylic ?

I guess I would prefer glass but if the price was right I wouldn't mind acrylic

However, I can understand your confusion, because most people, and all builders, list dimensions as LxWxH. The above dimensions listed are all skewed.
