Let’s talk fish! Captivebred Marine Betta, aka Comet, from Biota

It’s been a while that we did a project with Biota Aquariums. Nine months to be exact and I went over to visit my friends and see what was the latest and greatest in the aquaculture and captivebred side to share with you guys. Check out the commercial offering to the popular fish enthusiasts in our hobby, marine betta.

Honestly, I have never seen this fish so small before and displaying different juvenile colors and I was very excited to learn about them and I hope you would enjoy it as well.

A few things to note: the price on this fish dropped after we shot the video and now it is same or cheaper than its wild counterpart. With the added benefits of them eating prepared food, and already quarantined, I think it’s a no-brainer that the captive bred version of this fish is the way to go. Take a look and let’s learn about the Marine Betta with our friend Jake Phillips from Biota Aquariums.
