For years, I’ve said that local fish stores (LFS) are the backbone of our industry, and I’ve made it a priority to spotlight them whenever I visit. This time, my journey took me nearly 10 hours to Fort Walton Beach, where I reached out to my friend Will Harris of Quantum USA—someone I had promised years ago to connect with whenever I was in town.
