The problem most likely didn't come from the rock but from eggs that the dip doesn't kill.We do the same thing and dip all new corals but we ended up with them too. Your best bet is to dip and quarantine new corals for a few weeks to make sure they don't have eggs. We are dosing Flatworm Exit now and it certainly kills the nudis. We didn't do a water change either but did add some carbon to filter out meds and any toxins from them dying.
This is seeming to become a bigger and bigger problem in the NY & NJ area. I think that a local supplier got them and is now spreading them around to some LFS'. I have stopped buying any Z's or P's from LFS' and have been sticking to buying from members on here and other sites. Even still, you should dip and QT them.
