I see multiple possibilities

1. Leave them alone once in the tank unless you HAVE TO move them.
2. PO4 is high.
3. AI lights, How deep is your tank? are the lights dimmed at all? Need your system info for a better look into this possibilty.
4. Dosing Iodine without testing for it.

my lights are dimmed 24 inches deep i keep my sps at the top of the tank i did a treatment of coral revive cause i noticed it turning brown next day dead
only happened to the 2 i dipped
