just wondering how many have tried this as a dip.i know one guy and said it works incredible.you just cant use it like other dips.its 1 ml per 3 cups and the water needs to stay still.no water movement for no more then 5 min.there is no complications with the coral.has anyone tried it and is this how you use it?have you seen any ill effects on coral and what is the process after you removed the coral from the dip.have you noticed any effect on coral long term?

Works really good...and u really can over do the dose with no ill effects. I use plenty of water movement. I shake them around in the dip and aggressively turkey baste them. Only think i have noticed is that encrusting montis seem to not take that great to the dip...some slight discoloration for a week or two. Most def works like a charm. I ordered a 40 oz jug of concentrate of this stuff for less than 20 bucks.

as far as i know it supposed to kill aefw and eggs red bugs and eggs.buddman i was told not to turkey baste or have any movement because it can rip the sps skin off.just let it soak and the chemicals will do there thing.maybe just stir up the bayer before putting the frag in.

In my personal experience you can baste and vigorously shake frag in the solution without any tissue damage. I have never had a problem with a healthy frag. However if you dip after you already have some tissue loss, i woulndt baste as you would blow off the tissue. I encourage everyone to read the thread on rc. I have been so comfortable using this solution i no longer measure the amounts of water and bayer. I simply pour a small amout of bayer in to the point the water is milky. I have never had any ill effects....ever
