The ones that can be left on are #3 and #6.
This is 8bulbs fixture, not 10.
So you would suggest 4x blue+, 2x Actinics, 1x fiji purple, and 1x KZ 14k?

before i go out and start ordering more bulbs, some questions:

1) Do you think the Actinics really make much of a difference with the all the blue+ bulbs? or do the blue+ pretty much cover up the actinics?

2) Is the fiji purple better than the purple plus? how so?

3) What makes the kz 14k nicer than the blue special?

4) Will only 1 white bulb (KZ 14k or blue special) provide enough par for growth? or should I have 2 in there?

pretty much same config ive ran for almost 2 years alrha, the antics seem dull as crap though so ill be switching it out for another blue +
yeah, that's my issue with the actinics - would like more of a pop, but feel like the actinics aren't really doing much. i tried putting both actinics on channel 1 to see how the tank looks with and without them, could barely notice anything, which is why i cut down to just one actinic.

you are going to 5xB+, 2xBspecial, and 1xP+?

Not always I would go with the one above its a hot bulb combo
it's pretty similar to what i have, only he has an actinic instead of a blue+ and the fiji purple rather than purple+.
and it seems he also does not really see the actinic effect and looking to change them out.
what is your current blend?

ok, removed a Blue Special and replaced with an Actinic. also re-arranged the order to have th actinics on the separate channel (can use turn then on first and off last with the remaining bulbs used for peak).
here is the latest layout:

nah, not happy with the actinics, dont feel like they are adding enough to my other 6 bulbs. May try either another brand actinic or just something else.

Looks like I gonna have a lot of bulbs for sale with just a few hours of use on them by the time i'm done.

60"x24"x30"deep. I have the 8bulb 48" fixture (dimmable sunpower).
I like the Blue+ alot, do maybe 50% of your bulbs at Blue+ and then add a purple, a white and something else (actinic? another white?).
I've only tried the ATI tubes so far, want to try maybe the KZ 14k and Purple and actinic.
