As far as I remember they are an arctic copepod. So you might need to move a bit to the North. :)

Actually there are more details on Argent's page. Basically they are the equivalent of brine shrimp (aka super saline waters) but for the super cold weather.

It looks like you could only make that in some kind of freezer (since salt water freezing point is lower than fresh water)

Jehmco sells frozen cyclops and plankton in bricks. I think these two are better substitute for cyclopeepze and mysis. I'm all about feeding marine inhabitants what they eat in their natural environment. They get the most nutrients from things they eat in their world, IMHO.
