So i have doing this for a week. I have skewed the results a little bit because i started using Fauna Marin Reef Vitalizer and Fauna Marin Colors a month ago. I have noticed great growth. Lots of babies in the z&p's and most of my chalices have sprouted at least one eye. The Crazy Fox sprouted 5. I will say that I do not believe it is from the lighting schedule (too much results too fast) and totally because of the Fauna Marin Reef Vitalizer. That stuff is like crack to the corals. The fish are all doing great. No loss of color or sign of stress and they are eating great. It helps with keeping the lights off during the hottest part of the day which i think is its greatest benefit.
