If I ever run into a problem I call Curt at Neptune Systems, he is very easy to work with and will willingly walk you through every trouble shooting tip and code that is not in the manual. When in doubt call an installer or call Curt.

The controller is awesome, Just very disapointing that the accesories are taking for ever to be placed on the market.. Sucks when your replacing a controller on a system as big as mine and only get 1 power bar.
