currently i dose my calc and alk thru brs dosers. My dosing schedule exclusively takes place between midnight and 3pm. For the most part it takes place during lights out. Should i be spreading my dosing out over a 24 hour period instead of a 15 hour period? any upside or downside?

12 hrs would be ideal and more stable but is just getting to carried away and picky. Corals reefs are not as stable as one thinks per say. At night the O2 levels can get low and there is a drop in pH.

Using BRS pumps I dose my alkalinity solution over 12 hours starting after lights off. The other 12 hours during the day I dose my calcium. I did it this way to combat low ph. Since starting my ph is always 8.1 the lowest to a peak of 8.45 in day time
