I have a 90 gallon oceanic. Do u guys think its a good idea to remove the center wood from the cabinet?
I don't think the cabinet was designed to function without it. A center wood beam is used as an additional support removing it without reinforcing the stand is not a good idea IMO.

:scratch: any modifications should be done without the tank on the standYou can try reinforcing it on the inside with a 2x4.
I would agree with everyone above!! Do not take it out, well unless you wanna just test to see if it will hold. But before you do it, let everyone here know so we can bet on how long until the tank comes falling down.
