I was enjoying the satisfaction of doing my plumbing till this mess, this is always what i'm afraid of whenever doing DIY stuff, i tend to prefer to have someone who knows what the hell he's doing do it.
and being an anal obssessive compulsive perfectionist doesnt help matters.
last night it sure was. Everything was working fine, but i wanted to remove my threaded adaptors i put just to get it to work, and replace it with a simple thread-slip fitting. BETTER became NOT-GOOD
Just wanted to let you all know that the channel locks were 100% the answer.
It came off as if it was buttered.
Thank you all for your help and support along the way. everything is up and ready, just waiting for the cement to dry before turning the pump on.
next i gotta clean up all those wires.

I see a WON Bros heater in there. I've got one too. I'm thinking about the Ranco controller to try to protect from any failure. Have you considered that?
