a good source for DIY VHO lighting parts

Anyone know a good source? Looking for quality balasts, reflector, water resistant endcaps, bulbs at a competative price. Looking to add two into my custom light box. 24" bulb max. links to online sources would be appreciated.

nice... I like the icecap VHO DIY Retrokits. I've heard thats a quality ballast. But surprised they don't sell the reflectors all in one package. I will call them tomorrow. Thank you.

I don't know too much about VHO... set me straight. do I want magnetic or electric balasts for these?... I'm just looking to add some more blue to the tank. I have 2-250 watt hqi's 20,000K. I use XM's so they burn a little white for my taste. I have a shallow tank. should i try t5's or go all out t12's?
