Hey guys, I am looking into making my own artemis hatcher out of an old 10g hex I have sitting around. is it worth the effort? I am open to any ideas, suggestions and/or opinions. Thanks.
Thought the soda bottle hatcher was the easiest thing to hatch artemis in. 10 Gal may be fun to try!!! All tou need is water and an airstone/Biosponge filter and a small heater. You probably have all of those anyway right?
10g? Thats alot of brine shrimp man!!! I always use a soda bottle... I never wanted to many brine shrimp cause adult brines hardly have any nutritional value. Baby brine shrimp with their yolk still attached is what you want to feed your fish.
You can feed brine shrimp spirulina and other stuff to vitamin enrich them, which makes them a more nutritious meal.....mmmmmmmmm brine shrimp. Especially good for some picky eaters
