I'm planning a cabinet for a new Oceanic 110. I want a wall unit design with the tank in the center and bookshelves on both ends. I had a design for a wall unit with a bookshelf only on one side, but I like the look of having bookshelves on both sides. My question is...how narrow can I make the bookshelf sections and not have them look ridiculously small? Space is limited so I'm looking for a compact design.

Thanks

how long is the tank and how much space do you have for the wall unit?

also is the access to the tank going to be from the front only?
what about the rest of the equipment, will there be a chiller, fuge,
large skimmer, will you have room for everything under the tank, or will you need room on the sides of the tank?

The tank is 60.5" long. As the design stands now, with the shelves on both sides, the total length of the wall unit is 105.5" long. I'm planning to have access to the tank from the front and there should be enough room under the tank for equipment.
