Definetly not ich, ich(cryptocaryon) looks like grains of salt. Im 99% sure its lymphocystes. Feed a pellet food soaked in a vitamin c additive, namely selcon or boyd's vitachem. It should go away after a couple of weeks of treatment. You may also want to try a dip with nitrofurazone or binox( antibiotics) to boost the immune system and recovery process. Dip for 20-45 mins.

What do you feed your clowns?

Rods clowns are raised on rods food which amazing stuff. I feel all my clowns rods food every other day.

Your fish should be able to fight off what ever it is with a healthy varied diet. I wouldnt start adding antibiotics to your tank water just yet.

Frozen food (brine shrimp) and small pellets that i bought from A.F. But since the pellets are a lil bit big for there mouth i soak them in water for a few mins then feed them. But im thinking of setting up a hospital/Qt tank to see the progress work.

No more Brine shrimp, thats your first problem. Its very high in fats but lacks nutrition. Its like feeding your kids straight sugar.

Try mysis or rods food. a varied diet goes along way in the health of your fish.

I do Rods food on monday, flake on tuesday and pellets on wednesday, then i start the cycle over. If you feed the same food all the time your fish will get sick, especially if its brine shrimp.

You can probably get them from a place like foster and smith or marine depot. The antibiotics are usually api or hikari, keep in mind that lymph is a virus and there is no quick cure for it. Proper nutrition is going to be the key here, what you see on the fish is actually dead tissue so manually removing it is pointless. As far as foods go try the hikari marine s pellet and the piscene frozen mysis, it has 69% protein. I would also use brightwell's amino omega HUFA additive as well, i use it and my fish have immaculate coloration and health.

I suppose but this isnt something thats necessarily infectious. Your clown's immune system is not functioning at its optimal level so feed foods that are high in vitamin c( immuno stimulant) and fatty acids which will provide a ton of energy for the fish to fight the virus. Fish utilize energy from lipids and fatty acids far easier than from carbohydrates. It would more than likely add too much uneccesary stress to the fish if you move it. If it eats well and seems happy leave it be, just make sure you get those pellets and additives because this uaually doesnt go away on its own.

From the pics I would have to agree with the diagnosis. I would also say it comes down to diet, brine is pointless and usually just a vehicle for whatever they have added to it like HUFAs or spirulina. You don't eat the same thing everyday because you can't get everything you need from one place so the same goes for your fish. PE Mysis is by far the best frozen mysis out there hands down and after that a good pellet food goes a long way. Once you get the fish on a good diet the lymph should go away on its own.

A QT system for this would be pointless it isn't contagious.

Garlic isn't going to help with anything except maybe as a food attractant for finicky fish.

There are a few good pellets out there and I'm sure you'll get different answers depending on who you talk to. As far as regularly available OTC foods you can find Ocean Nutrition in most stores, I like their "moist" pellets, everything seems to eat it. Spectrum pellets are ok but may cloud the water a little. For better pellets I was using the marine worm derived pellets that Reef Nutrition was distributing but I forget the name I'll have to find it. Those pellets were great and I saw noticeable changes in the fish and even the fish that were refusing pellets before were going nuts for them. I'll find the name for you.
