I currently have a 180 FOWLR. I have small Triggers, large Angels, Dog Face Puffer, Tusk, and Sohal Tang. It all depends on your set-up; if you have enough live rocks for them to have their own seperate space then you should have no problems.

With big Angels it's a hit or miss...I have a Blue Face and an Emperor together. The Emperor was in the tank first and later on I added the Blue Face. The Emperor chased the Blue Face for about a day or two, until the Blue Face stood upto him. They both get a long fine now; again, it all depends on the rock work and how much you have in there....

I found that all my puffers never bother anyone unless they see very small fish that they think are food. Groupers and some eels are greedy and will eat big fish. I have seen a 24"+ eel ate a 18" eel in a LFS at Fort Hamilton Ave.

Even though you see people keeping Eels together they really shouldn't be kept together. Keeping them together can lead to them attacking each other and even result in one eating the other, especially very aggressive Eels. Groupers will swallow and harsh any fish they think they can get in their mouths. If you have a Grouper that get very large in time it may try to eat a fish it left alone before.

Lion fish, though they maybe aggressive eaters aren't aggressive fish and shouldn't be keep with aggressive fishs, like Triggers, Eels and some Groupers. These fish will usually chase after the Lion, especially during feeding times, and can kill the Lion or cause it to stress out and die. Some Trigger will even eat the Lion fish poisonous fins.
