just running 2x65 daylight and actinic pc's and a couple power glo strips ... not bad for $10 huh??

Bobby, that lighting is very inadequate for that clam. Unfortunately it won't survive under those conditions. You might get a month or two out of it, and everything will look fine, but the clam will die from within and overnight you'll see it waste away to nothing.

I'm very sorry to have to be the bearer of bad news. It's important to research the needs of these beautiful animals before you put them in your tank.

what's minimum light requirement for it?

Minimum lighting that I would recommend for a crocea is T5 or MH. Tough to say what wattage, it depends how far the clam is from the light source.
