this is just under 8180 it should work.

You lose so much in the resize...you can barely make out the male in the avatar pic.

it's hard to have a photo with a lot of detail for an avatar on RC

you can resize any picture using windows xp. Right click and choose resize. If the option is not available it is a free download from the Microsoft website.
