Skimmer is too loud , how to stop vibration humming?

Does anyone know where I can get a reef safe material to place under my skimmer to kill that annoying huming sound?

You can use styrofoam, maybe hit up a LFS for some thin pieces frompackaging from a shipment that came in? You can also use filter floss under it as well. Either one will work.

No problem man, humming drives me nuts too lol It's why I switched from the Deltec I had in my RSM to the skimmer I have in it now

Any kind of open cell foam like the pre-filter material or the carbon impregnated foam that people use in their sumps. You may have to add multiple layers of it.

I have heard of people using mouse pads, but are they reef safe for submerged use? Find that hard to believe.

I'm actually gonna try suction cups that are made of that clear plastic and see how that work, will let you guys know how it works out

Try silicone coasters, trivets or pot holders. That's what I did.

I have plenty of dampening material I can cut to size for you, the only thing is that its 1" thick

I tried suction cups under a skimmer once and they moved all over the place. A coil of airline tubing would work also.
