Can we keep Jelly Fish in a reef tank?

Jellyfish are not kept at the same temperature as a reef.
Jellyfish are low to zero light demanding creatures.
Jellyfish require different flow than a reef.
Among other reasons. So in answer to your Q, no they are not to be kept in a reef, ever.
A special captive habitat is designed for them, it's called a Kreisel.
