To clarify:

Yes, if the are accompanied by a parent/guardian who is paying to attend.

Members under 16 must have a parent or guardian attend the swap with them.

If you are the one under 16, then yes at least one of your parents or a guardian (over 18 years old) should register to purchase a ticket.

In the lower left corner of the first post of this thread you need to fill in your screen name and the number of guests you are paying for ..if you have any.
Next you would click on the little rectangular box(directly under that line) that says 'Pay via PayPal' and it will bring you to the PayPal link.

Are you seeing these boxes on the first post?

i do not see the box to fill in screen name. only number of guests box.
