GSP..what did I learn from it? I learned it grows like a weed!

I learned never to put it in my tank again and get a green pipe organ because it looks like gsp in action and color.

2001, 30g long, PC lighting and Hagan 401 powerheads.

If I was to do it again I would of skipped GSP but thats just me. Some people love the stuff. I was completely new and didn't know how much the stuff grew its extremely invasive in my opinion. Then I discovered MR and learned better.

Over 20 years ago a tube worm rock encrsuted with porites. I loved that rock.

A devil's hand leather the tank. It fell back into the rocks The tanks heater went nuts. The tank crashed then a year or so later I got a bigger tank when going from one tak to another I found a peace of the leather the size of my finger tip. now today it is bigger then before and I have fraged it a few times.

kenya tree & anthelia (harry) & gsp & blood red mushrooms (skene). first 2 have slowly melted away last year, gsp & mushrooms still going strong. =)

Careful with the red mushrooms. They spread like crazy. I'm gonna try and get rid of all mine.

Its on a plug on the sand.im gonna get a small rock over the weekend to put it on so it has somewhere to spread im new at this so things spreading is not a bad thing for me.its just one single shroom.

Yeah just keep an eye on it. They can detach to spread.

My first corals were Kenya trees and radioactive dragon eyes. Sold all the Kenya trees and have a huge huge rock full of dragon eyes now.
