Yeh its perfect just fill with 2" of water and if any fish jump they still sw:fish:mming!

Awesome! After my post I saw your post with the tank in the tub. I actually thought you converted the tub into a reef. Lol
Just be sure that 2" of water doesn't turn into a bubble bath for jumpers.

Looks like the size of the florida crushed coral I get a long time ago, that was a detritus trap. Not a concern if you're not keeping many fish or inverts.

Yeh I worry about that. It wasn't what I thought I was getting was my mistake. Not sure if I should take it out or not.

I was about to ask how deep should I go. Want a blue jawfish and just read they need 3" right now I have 1.75".

just to let you know if i had the choice right now i would go bare bottom. I HATE SAND!.... It looks great but its a Pain in the butt
