I have copied this information below from Florida's Better Business Bureau.
I have been ripped off by them twice now. I never would have placed another order but since almost everything from my first one arrived DOA they gave me credits. And since you can only use one credit per order I placed an order for more items (cause im not paying 40 bucks for a 10 dollar item.)
So I order some frags and what not. and shipped me the wrong one and shorted me on polyps. ( supposed to get at least 30 I got about 18).
I will admit they have great deals, if you get what you ordered and it arrives alive. I rather pay more from now on.

I hope this helps future buyers so you don't get ripped off like I did. The only way you know of a companies reputation is by word of mouth! (or typing in this case )

Its sad! If they hired more people and not push so many 50% off deals so quick, they might be able to keep up with their orders and not screw them up and make up every excuse under the sun.
Just looking out for everyone else.

They have been called out so many times, I would deal with them only if I am local and pick up stuff directly from there facility. But when it comes to shipping I don't trust their services at all....JMO

I ordered from them once and everything was great. They have a feature on their site to give them instructions on how to ship your order. I got 3 fish from them. I fed them an hour after releasing them and they all ate great. They even gave me a free fish in the order.

Had the same issue. Took months to receive certain items that were "in-stock" according to their site. Received multiple partial shipments, each with DOA's. Terrible communication, and ultimately a condescending email from the owner. I still have a small credit with them, but I won't even use it because I won't pay for shipping, and I won't order any additional items from them to receive the free shipping. Terrible business.

I called them just before I posted this. And I filed a complaint with BBB in FL.

Beautiful Newfs btw! ! I had a black one when I was younger and 8 years ago I bought my dad another one for his b'day, this time I got brown. They are great dogs!!
Sorry to hear you and everyone else has been ripped off. We all need to help each other out and let everyone know when there's a bad company so people can steer clear.

Ordered their products through amazon and im glad I did. Everything arrived dead and reefs2go dont answer phone calls. One call to amazon and my money was refunded. Would never order from reefs2go again... not even if they paid me too

This place is a total mess. So I placed an order a couple of weeks ago. I ordered a bunch of macro alge which they said was all in stock turns out 90 percent was not. So my bill comes to 175.13. They were suppose to email when shipped, I come home for lunch one day and theres the sticker on the door so I run to the post office. They tell me I owe 25 and change for shipping, I say no I paid shipping then you don't get the package so I pay. Open the package and theres 2 pieces of macro alge 99 percent dead there dead now, an emrald crab and a serpent starsish. I check my bill and sure enough I paid 19.99 shipping. A week or so later pay pal sends an email you have a 43.00 credit because reffs2go or alive2go (which must be a joke) cannot fill the order.
So in the end I have a $157.00 emrald crab and serpent star fish I could get local for under $20.
STAY AWAY.

why don't you dispute the whole bill, then your only out $25.00 shipping.

They don't respond I gave up after searching I saw a lot of people try to dispute there bill. I hope small threads like this do way more damage to them than $150.
