The most common dewormer is called Prazi Pro, though any anti-worm medication with praziquantel in it should work. You can get it at most LFS's with a decent dry goods selection, just call ahead to make sure. It's perfectly reef safe though you have to take out your carbon and turn off your skimmer.

Just out of curiosity is there a reason why you think you fish has worm? I know it's hard but can you get a picture of its poop?

You can get it anywhere. I would give you some but I am on Long Island.

From what I know wrasses are kind of hard to QT because of the stress. I am doing one now which seems ok but it isn't a sand burrying species.

Live Aquaria no. driver den yes. for deworming to should really feed the prazi to the fish. so soak their food in it or get medicated food.

I am completly confused. Why do you need to deworm anthia's? I bought two lyarback anthias and they died about 1-2 weeks after they were acclimated. Water parameters were good and both were eating roe eggs like crazy...

If a fish has parasites then basically when the fish eats, the parasites eats some of that food. So even though the fish appears to be eating it is getting robbed of the nutrition. With fish like anthias, with a high energy demand and the average aquarist inability to supply them with enough food as it is, they need all they can get.
