Cleaning acrylic frag tank

I have a frag tank that has all types of stuff growing in it that i want to kill. what can i put in there to try and get it back to almost new. to scrap everything off.
example. Vinegar, Bleach

Soak overnight with fresh water and vinegar; then scrape.

After you soak it don't scrap it as you may scratch the acrylic. Everything should be loose so try rinising it off first with water first.

After the diluted vinegar soak everyone recommends, use a credit card to GENTLY scrape the loosened crud off the tank. Like Mike said, it will scratch very easily.
