Refujia sump light set-up question

I think I had seen a topic about inexpensive refujia sump light.
Can someone direct me to this link, or just remind of the bulb that was used with $6 Home Depot light fixture?

It was on http://www.melevsreef.com/
but he mentions on his site that the color of that bulb is now different and he no longer recomends that bulb for fuge use. I think he does post a suitable replacement though.

I'm using the bulbs he has the link for in his article.

so far they work great. they are large outdoor flood type
bulbs so make sure you have the room over the fuge area to
place them.

What about the heat this bulbs produce?

it's not much heat. it has a fluorescent element inside (i think)

the bulb will get warm but I do not think it's raising the tank temp at all.
I have the bulb about 4" from the surface of the fuge.
