Need help catching my Hawaiian Yellow Dwarf Eel

I need advice if any of you have caught an eel out of your tanks...how you did it, what you used without messing up your landscape.

I have caught many different size eels my reef tank it's very easy. Buy PVC pipe sealing one end and place a shrimp in sealed part the eel can't resist. I have the pipes in different sizes you can borrow if you want.

I tried that...he will only go in half way and no further. I guess I gotta be more patient.

How did you do it

Put a few long PVC pipes in the tank and capped all at one end. Packed them with silverfish and pushed it all the way to the end and i put some rubble rock in there as well so he couldn't just grab it and get out but fought for it. It was soaking all night, I kept the light off all morning just had my moonlight on and he finally went for it
