ya it did seem to work out i guess. I am just not gonna count my chips till paypal says his cash cleared. Whatever tho, his ebay account is now basically useless. I just dont understand ppl sometimes.

And I am gonna get that pimp ass light with the blue moon LED's

I had to spend more loot, but in the end i think it will be worth it!

Sometimes it's just better to go ahead and pay a few extra dollars to get the item you really want, than dealing with the BS this guy dished out. I've never had that experience on ebay, but I'm not that active a buyer and generally stick with sellers who have been on ebay for a long time and positive feedback, although even the best seller, especially large volume sellers, will have an occasional negative posted.

Still this guy is a real winner. First, you can't ship fluorescent bulbs. MD ships them to me without being stopped on the tarmac. Then, providing a shipping tracking number that was fraudulent because, as he stated, you'll never see this light. Well, if he already sent it and had a tracking number, how was he going to stop the package from arriving?

Is this an average ebay seller? No, you just were unlucky enough to find a criminal attempting to defraud you. I hope your money is returned soon. And enjoy your new light!

I had only one problem with a seller and I've been using Ebay for nine years.
That case was last year. I paid through Paypal and had contacted ebay. Ebay told me if I paid with Paypal, then I have to dispute it through Paypal and that Ebay will not try to get my money back. I filed the complaint with Paypal within the 30 day window. That was a year ago .
