Noooo! tank broke

i'm more worried about the old lady that lives in this house than the one downstairs LOL. this thread may turn into my mother made me get rid of my tanks. i plan to move soon so i'll move before i give up my tanks

i hope my downstairs neighbor doesn't try to get us kicked out. i've ruined her living room ceiling w/ my 40br, the kitchen ceiling w/ the ro unit and her bedroom celing when i had crappy plumbing on the tanks in my room.

actually this last one was the worst, a lot of water came down. it's not like her ceiling fell apart. just some discoloration. i offered to pay for the paint job.

LOL i told her that i will be moving soon and she says to me w/ a sweet voice,"yeah why don't you get your own place. you have a great job. when are you gonna get married". in other words, "move already you little f#$%!"

when i move i think having an apt in the first floor is a must(but that means paying more).

well the leak in my room was from crappy plumbing and i'm past that. the leak in the kitchen was from the ro(what can i say you forget sometimes). this last leak was just a freak accident. i've put CC stars in my fuge many times but this one decided to block the fuge drain

consolidating is a good idea but you can't have seahorses in a full blown reef, which is the reason i have two tanks.

I didn't have a tank since leaving my parents' house (after college). The last place I lived in was a top-floor apartment, and even without a tank we had a leak (faulty plumbing). The downstairs neighbors were p-o'd.

Now, I only have to blame myself if something happens - and try to pacify my partner.
