The worst would be a black volitain, it went from a 20dollar fish to a 200fish in about a month, ate all my inverts, and fish, and was a pain in the @ss... Second worst would be Two, count em', yes I said, as in 2-snowflake eels in a 29gallon.... tall! I did it but never again. They were happy to move to the 125, but I read some books, asked around, and decided to trade em in for store credit.

MandarinFish:
Some people have trouble with the pygmy angels nipping at their corals and clams. They are fine in a FOWLR tank though.

I will never buy Xenia, long tentacled plate corals, or put a tang in my reef tank again. I also ditto everyone here who has had trouble with blue legged hermit crabs - they really did a number on my Nassarius snails.

Reef Tank? was the misconception that it could not be done with the knowledge I had.
Not everything you buy in a fish store is not from it's natural habitat, they are relying on you to make the right choice from knowledge and experience.

I just don't like the way my purple and yellow tangs act. Sometimes they bulley the others and I feel they shouldn't be in anything less than a 150 gal. I got rid of the yellow but just can't get rid of the purple because he looks great. Lucky for me I got him small and he is staying that way.
