The answer is clearly no for two reasons.
1. Your tank is far too small for a tang.
2. If you were to get it you would get too attached to it. It would than be very difficult to let him go. Nobody will disagree with this who has every kept tangs.
Choose something suitable for a tank your size and when you move up to a 100 gallon get the tang you want.
