You want attitude? Meet Attilla. My Sohal.

Stonehaven,
That is one nice fish. How big is he? Does he share the tank with any other tang?
Minh

He's around 8-9" now. Got him more than three years ago at less than half the size. He shares his tank (500g) with a Purple tang that I'm trying to remove due to the harrassment he inflicts upon it, a Chevron tang that he ignores and a Fine Lined Bristletooth that he ignores.

Titan trigger for me. Don't know why, but I just love that fish.

Peace,

Chip

The titan is a bada$$ fish, no doubt.

What about Dwarf Morays? Here is a photo of a goldentail that I took this last weekend at Stetson Bank:

Nice Sohal and the Regal!

I'm not fully stocked yet, but at the moment I like looking at this guy:

Harlequin tusk, hands down favorite. No other fish compares, not even my lineatus tang. I'm hoping to get my 75 moved into a roomier 125 soon, and then I might try another juvi tusk. :D

I have one(mine is a real striking yellow) and a White-eye - cool little buggers they are... My favorite reef fish(that I own) would have to be my Scopas Tang...My roomates fave is my 6inch Porcupine puffer[/quote]

So far my 2 favorites have been a niger trigger (~7 yrs ago) and a brackish puffer (~12 yrs ago)..

What I would LIKE to have is a different story though... Nothing major, just a white tip to add to the cleanup crew!

Very hard to choose. Some look very good but lack in personality and others look discusting and have great and interesting personalities.

For instance my Koran is very beautiful in person but is a big bully to some of the tangs and is a pig when it comes to dinner time.

My Lawnmower has a great personality and fun to watch.

I also love my Mandarin but she is not out near as much as the lawnmower blenny.

Any angelfish. I think Majestic and Emperor are two of the nicest. If I had the money a Goldflake and Conspicuous are nice also.

Podman: what type of anthia is that??? It's gorgeous

pseudanthias hawaiiensis(spelling?) or hawaiian lyretail i hear them commonly referred.

i read they are very delicate and rarely recover from shipping stress. i do see them from time to time at one particular LFS here. i don't have the tank for them and would still be hesitant if i did.

Great pictures everyone! I already have about 32 fish but I always want just one more (I'm the same with corals). My Anthias sp. and my Naso tie for my favorite fish.

Regards,
Kevin

James,
If were are talking dream fish I would pick Rhinopias aphanes which is a very rare member of the scorpionfish family. You can find a picture of R. aphanes on page 139 of the Burgess Marine Atlas.

I love my Marine Betta. I had him for over 8 years and I play games with him (e.g. play hide and seek or chase each from one side of the tank to the other).

My absolutely favorites are:
1.- Angels, regal, emperor, majestic and asfur angels. I have the emp and asfur and great reef inhabitants so far.

Moorish idol, semilarvatus bf, ophistognatus blue spotted jaw fish, etc.

And the list goes on and on... :D
