Nope. Expect it. Hair algae, and brown diatomatcious algae will happen to some degree no matter what you do.
Its just a natural occurance in a SW system when it happends on small scale.
If your having BIG problems with it I would test for phosphates in the tank water, and test for phosphates, and TDS in my RO water if you use it.
Cut down on your lighting cycle by couple hours each day, and be careful not to over feed.
Aside form keeping up with water changes, and having the correct amount of clean up critters, and filtration thats all you can do.
