Chris, it's the weirdest thing. The camera and watch they took were literally sitting *on top* of my three backup drives (about $550 worth) and Mac Mini, which were right next to my 19" flatscreen monitor. Not to mention that side of the desk is right next to my $500 wine cabinet.

The fact that they didn't disturb those items means they probably didn't even know what my fishtank was, and that was on the other side of the room. Idiots and morons and retards, oh my!

Given all that, I think I was lucky to only lose what I did. I would've been crushed if they messed up the tank somehow.

Received the corals from Eden's Gate yesterday and got them acclimated. Four Aussie lordhowensis frags, an Aussie pink-tip elegance (small, 5"), and an ORA green-polyp toadstool frag. All are doing well, so far. I only ran the halide about 2 hours yesterday, so it was mostly actinic to aid the acclimation. I have a few more frags coming next week, but it's all pretty basic stuff (some SPS, a hammer frag, and pom-pom xenia & GSP.

I'll probably add my first fish in three weeks or so after the 2nd batch is acclimated.

All the frags I received the other day are nice & fat & happy. The elegance frag is HUGE and is doing very well (nearly 6" across and with two mouths). I stopped by the LFS to get some tapeworm medicine for Misty (my smallest cat) and grabbed some nassarius snails (5 white 10 black), a Superman montipora frag (1.5"x1.5" for $15) and a beautiful maricultured 4" tall peach & lavender acropora for $40.

A big frag pack is coming on Tuesday and then I'll cool it for a little while until I add my first fish. I ordered a bimaculatus hogfish from the LFS as my first one.

Hye Chip how do you like this tank now that youve had it awhile? I was thinking of upgrading my sons tank to this. Right now he has a softie/lps tank on his dresser and I want to free up the space. I see they still have the free stand deal and I have a micro chiller in the closet I am not using so I think I might give it a shot. I just got him a remora skimmer for his 15gal would I be able to take the stock skimmer out and use the remora hanging on the back instead? Is there room in the back to throw some cheato and a small pc light? Other then the heat issue you mentioned are you generally still happy with this setup?
