South side of the island? I was at Oak beach friday, 6/19 and didn't notice too much activity. The seine catch was very light. Lots of hair algae, clogging up the net, very little macro algae, not too much pod/shrimp activity to report.

I was at Tobe beach last week in the morning on bay side and there was not much activity, I will go again and check it out since it is much warmer

Confirm, the oceans are full of life right now, plenty to get in a scoop of seaweed.

I was seining at Oak beach, July forth, plenty of pea sized Atlantic sharp nose puffers, and grape size burr fish. Caught a few 2 inch sennet, and 2 inch corronet,trumpet fish. Aside from those 2, no other tropical species yet.

I have a container, net, shake them from the sea weed into the container. BOOM

Saw a ton the other day jumping all around the rocks while night fishing, thousands within a few square feet!

I wish I knew. I’ve been trying to research, but there are over 10,000 different kinds. I also started a thread on R2R, but getting mixed feedback. Some say bad and some say they have them in their tank. IDK...
