Ok understood.
now my thing is, its was unleveled on one side by one inch which is the left where i have the acrylic.
if i remove the acrylic and level the stand as you said, why would the tank still need to be leveled?? Wouldnt leveling the stand make everything even??

The board isn't to level the tank. It's to make sure the weight is distributed perfectly evenly. It essentially absorbs any imperfections in the stand. It will be especially useful for you since you have probably already warped **** with that ridiculous acrylic shim solution.

If the tank has a rim you do not need foam. Level between floor and bottom of stand and you’re set.

Mannnn listen lmao this extra step is new to me. And im on the first floor so no under neighbors but the wife only wanted it in that corner and this corner is unleveled. Before with my smaller tanks i could move anywhere in the house.

Remove water and livestock
Remove all live rock into a rubbermaid
Remove acrylic piece and shimmy the stand
Ill update once those steps are completed

your floor is off by over an inch for 4 feet stretch??? do you live on a sloped street? not a good spot for 1300+ lbs if floor isn't stable.

I don't want to come down on you @bvega789 as I'm sure we've all had our fair share of newbie mistakes. You have so many other issues aside from the tank not being level. I would take down the tank for now, give away, sell or have someone hold your fish for you and restart. You should not keep more that 2 clownfish together. As soon as 2 pair up and bond they will most def kill off the remaining clowns. It may be possible to keep more than 2 clowns but is even difficult for the most experienced reef keepers. Second, you started your cycle in Nov, the tank is not mature enough to keep anemones yet, plus that light is not strong enough for them. Slow down, do your research and get all the equipment you need. Have you been testing your water and salinity? Are you using ro/di water to mix saltwater and to top off? Also you should make sure all those toy/decorations are reef safe as well or they can ruin your tank. Best of luck and everyone here is a great help, just take our advice.
