Looking for any fellow reefers or recommendations for litigation attorney

My business Reef Trends (many of you also know me from Pop Corals) sustained significant damages caused by another business at the location. They have very bad insurance which denied the claim. Furthermore they are victim blaming my operation and not taking accountability. I need legal advice and/or representation. I'm hoping someone in the community might be able to help or at least point me in the right direction

Dave, did you open a claim with your own insurance company? Your insurance will then handle it with the other insurance through subrogation. We had to do this with a contractor who cut a pipe and flooded our house. The company tried to point blame at us but after 3 years our insurance company won the subrogation case.
