almost any auto parts store will carry it, it's fiber glass resin i think you are looking for, it will be in the autobody section and i actually think walmart carries it also

I know that it is all over, just the prices are ridiculous. Seen prices from places in florida for like 30 bucks a gallon, then up here the same thing is like 80
