IS this CHILLER good?

Is this chiller good or not? i have a 65 gallon reef tank.

please lets talk about chillers. the summer is coming up and we need chillers. is this chiller enough for my tank? and is the price good? or are there other places, stores, sites that i can find a cheaper chiller?

i use the 1/10 hp on my 65g and i like it. Does a good job and it's pretty quiet.

Whether it will work for you depends on how much pull down you need and the ambient room temp the chiller will be in.

I have the 1/4 hp. My tank couldn't survive w/out it...literally. Very quiet, keeps temp within 2* of set. hth

it's pushing it IMO. It runs about 2 hrs/day on my 65g w/ 2x250w halides

i used a current 1\10 th hp on my 24g nano. hoping i dont have to use it on new tank with t5's. like it cause it has plug in back to control a heater also
