Went to my LFS today to get some shells for my hermits, a few new blue legs, and 2 nass snails....

When I put the shells in the tank i assumed that at least one would have a bristleworm in it, as empty shells seem to be there favorite place. As soon as the shells hit the sand, my extremely hungry all the time Peppermint Shrimp AKA David Shwimma , started inspecting the shells. I noticed he seemed to take a liking to one of the shells alot, sticking his pincers and legs all the way into the shell, and I noticed that he had cut a bristleworm in half, and started eating it.... well when it was all said and done he ate a whole bristleworm right in front of me....

Has anyone else ever witnessed that before...

I am going to have to add now that Peppermint Shrimp eat bristleworms and aiptasia....
